Who are we? 

We are a mobile bar trailer company , that offers a unique experience for you and your guests. 

The Pear Martini, can offer both host and cash bars, for charitable and private events. During our initial consultation, we will help you customize your shopping list and assist you throughout the purchasing process. Alcohol is then purchased by the client after your drink menu has been determined. Once you have bought it, our licensed bartenders are ready to set it up and take over.

WE HELP YOU  PLAN THE PERFECT DRINK MENU FOR YOUR EVENT? 

We can help create specialty cocktails, cocktail menus, provide professional beer + wine expertise and create local craft or exotic import beer lists to make your event unique. We can also create a cocktail recipe just for you.

DO WE OFFER NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

Yes! We are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, mocktails, and more.

DON’T NEED THE TRAILER?

No problem. We still have you covered! Our bartender(s) only pricing fits most budgets.

HOW IS ALCOHOL PURCHASED FOR MY EVENT?

We can connect you with a preferred vendor to order liquor, wine, and beer in advance. We will put the order together for you and can have the alcohol delivered to your event. Tennessee state law does not allow us to sell alcohol or distribute alcohol to you. We will help you calculate the amount of alcohol you need, based on hours of service and guest count. We will be more than happy to provide a detailed shopping list to help you prepare for your event. You can also save tins of money by purchasing the alcohol yourself.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes! We carry general liability insurance as well as liquor liability insurance.

WHAT ARE YOUR SET-UP REQUIREMENTS?

We need a flat, open area for set up and service. We are fully equipped with a generator for electricity, but also can plug in if electricity is provided.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the booking, we do not offer rain dates. Expecting rain at your event? We can work with the host to provide the perfect size tent.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR TRAILER?

Pear is 15’ long and 7’ wide.
